LAVA is in the center of sustainable business ecosystem, connecting companies and organizations at the national level.
We aim to promote the development of sustainable business, create lasting partnerships, strengthen competences and bring together sustainability specialists.
LAVA celebrated its 10th anniversary on 30 August, 2023.
Lithuanian Responsible Business Association was founded in 30 August, 2013.
The Association was formed out of the ”National Network of Responsible Business Enterprises” (NNRBE), active in Lithuania since 2005.
LAVA cooperates with responsible business associations in Estonia “Responsible Business Forum” and in Latvia “CSR Latvia”.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
LAVA has 16 experts that represent these seventeen SDGs. An extensive network of experts allows LAVA to participate in educational activities, and efficient and timely advocacy.
LAVA is a national responsible business association connecting enterprises and organisations that aim to act in accordance to responsible business principles.
